Unbelievable "straight" film shows hardcore sex in public

I now have a new favorite movie. I don't know the title. I don't even know what language it was produced in. I suspect that it was shot in the Netherlands, because the canals and buildings in the back look like Amsterdam. I really don't care. I have just seen the trailer, and I may never get over it. The movie seems to be about a guy who wanders through the streets, finding women and having sex with them right there. On the bus, in a club, in a park, in a music store and in a crowded theater. The footage is explicit. Insertions, cum shots, the whole deal. The most amazing thing about all of this is that it has a "big budget" look to it. No, I don't mean Stars Wars big, but it is obvious that this film was not shot like typical american straight-to-video porn.
The other thing that is amazing is the look on the faces of those who are in the background. Some of this has to be "real".
